After that you’ll need a place to sleep. Here you can find an exhaustive list of hotels with a discount for the participants of INC’14.
What is included in the registration fee
Welcome Kit (personalized badge, t-shirt, printed INCbook, programme and map), participation to the programme items for the day/s you registered for access to the free bar, buffet lunch (on saturday and sunday), typical Romagna dinner (Saturday only).
Unlike the previous years, the fee does not include sleeping accomodations. Instead we arranged collaborations with albergo Colonna (directly on the main square, 10 metres from the convention heart) and some hotels and room rentals close by (Fratta Terme is 5 minutes away from Bertinoro by car). Prices and accomodations are at the page “where to sleep”.
What is NOT included in the registration fee
Sleeping accomodations, breakfasts, friday evening dinner and welcome cocktail.
